Face Practice

erm.. not really sure how to start the description off >///<

ok, so i spent most of the day yesterday on the laptop, and i was looking through improvement memes, and this one person who was 13 did amazing work!! and i felt as is im no good, so i set out to find something to draw
i found a pretty doll to draw, but when it came to drawing the insides of the eyes it didnt look right, so i decided to change the hair and the eyes and this is the end result

i think im getting better since my last sorta-realistic drawing XD
p.s ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPERCIATED
